What is God’s Will for Your Health, Wealth, & Prosperity?

 

What:

New Hope Presbyterian is hosting a conference examining the Word of Faith & Prosperity Gospel in light of what Scripture has to say. The conference will consist of three talks by Pastor James Norris from New Hope and Pastor John Butler from Lebanon PCA. On Friday evening Pastor Norris will speak on the history and core beliefs of the Word of Faith movement, demonstrated by some of its chief practitioners. On Saturday morning Pastor Butler will examine the Bible’s teaching on God’s will for the Christian’s well-being. Then the conference will conclude with Pastor Norris contrasting the Bible’s teaching on faith and salvation and that of prosperity gospel teachers.
